Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately process and package customer orders with zero-defect standards
- Perform quality control inspections using digital scanning systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and data entry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Adhere to 5S workplace organization principles
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM-2:30 PM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
