Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently handle forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to process orders.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory tracking within the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Customer Service: Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as required by business needs.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
