Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and attentive assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance throughout shift
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate point-of-sale equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and cash handling accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system aptitude
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville location
