Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on products before they are packaged for shipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required (we train).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and flexible overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
