Responsibilities
- Process and Verify Orders: Efficiently handle incoming orders, ensuring accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipment.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable navigating computer systems and using handheld scanners.
