Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts, receive merchandise, and organize inventory storage areas to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before being shipped or stored.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, pick lists, and packing slips to ensure transparency in our logistics operations.
- Customer Service: Assist in resolving any logistical inquiries or issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability is essential.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
