Responsibilities
- Stocking & Inventory: Receive, organize, and stock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and accessible to customers.
- Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipping or delivery with accuracy and speed.
- Customer Assistance: Provide friendly and professional support to customers, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including sweeping floors, organizing bins, and removing trash.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and basic packaging machinery as trained.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
