Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Packaging & Labeling: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure quality assurance.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
