Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately update customer accounts and maintain detailed records.
- Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex issues and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to callers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
