- Coordinate and supervise weekend logistics operations across multiple delivery routes
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates and drivers during weekend shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate weekend order processing
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters to weekday managers
- Generate daily performance reports and weekend activity summaries
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (Sat-Sun)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
