Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations with precision and efficiency in warehouse/distribution environment
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment safely and per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs and service targets
- Document transactions and maintain accurate digital records using WMS systems
- Implement safety protocols and maintain organized, compliant workspaces
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse, logistics, or industrial experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
