Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care and attentive support during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient mobility, vital sign monitoring, and daily living activities
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation according to HIPAA standards
- Collaborate seamlessly with weekend nursing staff and healthcare professionals
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for weekend patients
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and team briefings
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our East Speedway location
- Immediate availability to start work
