Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless continuity of care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Provide patient education and support to families
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Current Florida RN or LPN license required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Exceptional weekend availability and reliability
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- EMR/EHR proficiency with Epic systems preferred
