Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues via phone and remote access.
- Manage and troubleshoot desktop environments, printers, and network connectivity.
- Perform system updates and security patching during low-traffic hours.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent technical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
