Responsibilities
- Execute the loading and unloading of freight with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to team success.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
