Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process packages efficiently to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and maintain up-to-date stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to regulations.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve overall productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues regarding shipments and orders.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong reliability and punctuality required for weekend schedules.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new inventory software quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons and holidays.
