Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages with speed and accuracy using automated sorting systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production goals are met efficiently.
- Perform routine quality control checks on inventory systems.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
