Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Pack & Ship: Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and verify inventory accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily production targets.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and be willing to start immediately.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance in previous employment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
