As a Weekend Shift Lead, you will be the face of our operations on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring our team meets all productivity targets while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce company safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipping and receiving.
- Train new hires and ensure all team members adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate any issues to the Site Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role is preferred.
- Valid forklift and material handling equipment certification.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
