Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend retail operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service excellence
- Lead and motivate weekend team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns for weekend foot traffic
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure exceptional in-store experience
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide weekly reports to district management
- Train weekend staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance procedures
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership background
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in weekend environments
- Strong team development and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
- Texas retail management certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
