Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the weekend team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met for every shopper.
- Manage cash handling, security, and loss prevention protocols.
- Train, coach, and develop store associates to improve performance.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager (minimum 2 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
