Responsibilities
- Lead weekend teams of 5-8 retail associates during peak Saturday/Sunday hours
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer escalations and ensure exceptional service experiences
- Process transactions and maintain accurate POS operations
- Conduct safety compliance checks and maintain store appearance
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations handoff
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays & Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- 1+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid driver's license for Virginia locations
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
