Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing clear instructions and support.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment to prevent shortages.
- Train new hires on operational procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to the Site Manager immediately.
- Prepare daily shift reports and maintain accurate records of productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Valid Forklift Certification is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must be willing to work flexible weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
