Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend supply chain operations across Washington DC metropolitan area
- Manage and mentor weekend shift staff (15-20 team members)
- Implement real-time logistics optimization protocols
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service level agreements
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
- Ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years operations/supply chain management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in logistics or distribution
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and crisis management abilities
- Valid DC driver's license and clean driving record
