Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations, including receiving, sorting, and staging inbound inventory with precision.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained within the warehouse database.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in packaging and labeling shipments for both local and regional distribution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Sacramento facility.
