Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment and execute daily logistical tasks to meet operational KPIs.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock placement and retrieval.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies, maintaining our high standards of quality control.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support team goals.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Documentation: Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficient to complete required documentation.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued ID or Driver's License is required.
