Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently run forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Manage Inventory: Conduct accurate counts, receive incoming shipments, and organize stock according to company protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Perform thorough quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before shipping.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and workplace safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with floor supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
- Load and Unload:** Efficiently handle packages for loading onto trucks and unloading from delivery vehicles.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand safety documents.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Attitude: A positive, proactive approach to work and a commitment to punctuality.
