Responsibilities
- Manage weekend retail operations and supervise 5-8 team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations
- Monitor inventory, process shipments, and maintain visual merchandising
- Train staff on products, safety protocols, and POS systems
- Generate daily performance reports and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with full-time managers for seamless workflow transitions
- Uphold company policies and maintain OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory and sales reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
