Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to prevent stock shortages.
- Resolve operational issues and customer inquiries immediately with a focus on high-quality service.
- Conduct shift briefings to align the team with daily goals and performance metrics.
- Track employee attendance and performance for payroll and HR purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to direct a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
