As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring that all processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will lead a team of associates, manage inventory levels, and ensure customer satisfaction is met with every shipment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the weekend shift team to ensure operational targets are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock placement to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Train new hires and provide ongoing feedback to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any logistical issues that arise during the shift.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate updates to the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervision is highly desired.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of warehouse management software.
