Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Equipment Handling: Safely and correctly operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory organization within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to maintain a safe and productive workflow.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Load Management: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring timely processing of shipments.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, with the ability to work holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Entry Level: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems.
