As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will be the face of our operations during critical hours. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5-10 warehouse associates, fostering a positive and safety-first culture.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance protocols strictly.
- Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate with the weekday shift leads for seamless handovers.
- Resolve operational issues and escalations immediately to minimize downtime.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations leadership role.
- Proven ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or WMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
