Responsibilities
- Lead weekend warehouse operations team of 15+ associates
- Monitor inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (receiving, packing, shipping)
- Conduct shift handovers and daily performance reporting
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency
- Resolve operational escalations with minimal disruption
- Train new associates on weekend-specific procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Available for 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
