Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse activities and inventory management on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates to meet production goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Conduct shift briefings, performance reviews, and handle conflict resolution effectively.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate with supply chain partners for timely deliveries.
- Manage accurate record-keeping for shipping, receiving, and payroll.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to work independently on weekends.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
