Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during Saturday and Sunday shifts to ensure efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate with the logistics team.
- Train, supervise, and motivate weekend staff to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Handle customer returns and prepare shipments for the weekend courier services.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shifts) consistently.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
