Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Train and mentor 5-7 part-time team members on safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Process weekly payroll documentation and time records
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software
- Communicate cross-departmental priorities during handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday, 6AM-2PM)
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
