Responsibilities
- Perform routine loading, unloading, and sorting of shipments within the warehouse facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and safety goals.
- Assist in general maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Detroit facility.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
