Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care assistance during weekend shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, meals, and personal hygiene routines
- Collaborate with on-site medical staff for coordinated care
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergencies
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and team huddles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous healthcare or patient care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina for standing/walking throughout shifts
- Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays
- Pass background check and drug screening
