Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and update inventory management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
