Responsibilities
- Fulfill Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% delivery accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and data entry precision.
- Reliability: Punctual with a consistent work history.
