Responsibilities
- Execute daily logistics operations, including receiving, sorting, and stocking inventory with speed and accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery and forklifts safely, adhering to all OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met without delays.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve operational challenges and improve overall productivity.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime as needed.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
