Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and stock organization to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Space Optimization: Arrange stock in the warehouse to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (or other designated weekend shifts).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
