Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Assist community members with inquiries, registrations, and service coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry in our CRM system
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless service continuity
- Support community events and outreach programs on weekends
- Ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards during operating hours
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts (6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM)
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
