Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the system.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any shipping discrepancies or quality issues.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
