Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise and inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and according to protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve inventory discrepancies and logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (or Saturday through Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
