Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently and safely.
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to loading dock safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
