Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, checking, and stocking of merchandise to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Packaging: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and clean to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid driver's license or government-issued ID.
