Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect inventory for damages and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Load and unload trucks according to delivery schedules and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure throughput targets are met during peak weekend shifts.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
