Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
