Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort packages using industrial equipment and manual methods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and tagging systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Verify product accuracy against shipping orders and handle discrepancies professionally.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) proficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable attendance and a history of punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
